Park drop points but still go top

Locking Park drew 2-2 against Nailsea United B to go top of Weston and District League Division 1.

First blood went to Locking with a Ross Radford clearance putting Matt Hollow through to place past the on-coming keeper on 20. The away side equalised ten minutes later with a back post header before Matt Hollow got his second just before a half time. A sublime curling effort into the top right corner with the assist coming from Jack Poole.

In the second half Nailsea rallied and equalised on 60 after some defensive confusion ended with a Nailsea attacker poking the ball past Dave Bordon in the Locking goal.

More 2 points dropped than a point gained, but still a result that put Park top of the first division. Man of the Match went to Matt Hollow.
